Ordering procedure

1. Send your order to us via email at chy.an.gianni@gmail.com.

2. Your order must contain the product name/code no., your name, postal address, handphone number and e-mail address.

3. We will reply you within 3 days to confirm the purchase and the exact amount to bank in.

4. Make payment to our Bank Account given in our reply. Please pay within 2 working days or the item will go to the next buyer. We practice the FIRST come FIRST serve basis.

5. We accept payment from any bank to our Maybank account.

6. Once your order and payment are done and confirmed, no refund or exchange of product is allowed.

7. All items will be delivered to you via POSLAJU. The delivery fee shall be born by the recipient.
*COD may be considered under special circumstances.*
